Summary

Responsible for processing incoming consignments and communicating the status with customers within our World and Ancient Coins department.

Compensation

Based on experience.

Location

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Duties & Responsibility

  • Consignment Processing: Open, label, and verify package contents. Create accurate electronic reports for consignments.
  • Client Communication: Address client inquiries regarding consignments. Research consignment statuses and provide updates.
  • Material Handling: Return client materials as required. Conduct department-wide inventories of consignment materials.
  • Support Tasks: Assemble client information packets. Assist Consignment Directors with their responsibilities.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required.
  • Experience in a customer service role or a similar industry.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
