About the Team and the Role

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Seller Success Advisors to join our HiPo team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, engaging, and successful onboarding experience for new sellers joining our platform. You will guide sellers through the fundamentals of selling on eBay, educate them on best practices, assist in catalog uploads, and provide ongoing support during their initial months to drive performance, compliance, and satisfaction.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Reach out to sellers and invite them to participate in the program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers (via calls, emails, zoom meetings) and provide support on platform tools, policies, and processes, assisting sellers in product listing, inventory setup and listing optimization and educate sellers on promotions, advertising tools, and selling best practices.
  • Monitor seller activity and performance metrics to ensure healthy ramp-up.
  • Identify sellers facing challenges (technical, operational, performance-related) and provide timely resolutions or escalations, coordinating with cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Deliver regular performance insights and action plans to help sellers improve.
  • Conduct health check-ins to gather feedback and ensure seller satisfaction.

What You Will Bring (Competencies)

  • Previous experience in account management, client onboarding, customer success, or seller operations—preferably in eCommerce or a marketplace environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic eCommerce technologies.
  • Customer-first mindset and service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Data-driven thinking and comfort with performance metrics.
  • Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
