Summary
Responsible for processing incoming consignments and communicating the status with customers within our World and Ancient Coins department.

South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane
Duties & Responsibility
- Consignment Processing: Open, label, and verify package contents. Create accurate electronic reports for consignments.
- Client Communication: Address client inquiries regarding consignments. Research consignment statuses and provide updates.
- Material Handling: Return client materials as required. Conduct department-wide inventories of consignment materials.
- Support Tasks: Assemble client information packets. Assist Consignment Directors with their responsibilities.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in a customer service role or a similar industry.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Typing speed of 50–60 words per minute.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
