You'll support Christie's Events department for 4 months (August-December 2026) managing guest RSVPs, writing organizational briefs, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with event logistics across the world's largest auction house. Your Department
Christie's France is looking for a full-time intern for a duration of 4 months from the end of August to the end of December 2026. Integrated into the Events department, you will work as a team with the Events Manager and her assistant.
Your Missions
- Management of certain administrative tasks in the department
- Manage guest responses to events using specific software and Excel
- Write organizational notes to the various stakeholders necessary for the smooth running of events
- Participation in various small cross-functional tasks in support of the team's operational activities (wrapping and storing dishes, taking a tablecloth to the dry cleaner, cleaning vases, etc.)

Your Profile
Education
You are a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, in a business school or hotel school (or equivalent).
Experience
You ideally have a first experience in events or project management (or equivalent).You are versatile, you have a sense of service and you are capable of working in a demanding environment. You know how to work independently without difficulty. You speak English and master computer tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel skills are essential.
Your Work Environment
- Compensation: 900 euros gross per month, restaurant vouchers of 10 euros per day (of which 5 euros paid by Christie's), reimbursement of transport costs up to 50%
- Internship location: 9 avenue Matignon 75008 Paris
- Internship agreement obtained as part of your academic program for a full-time internship Monday to Friday
