As a Senior Strategy & Experience Manager, you will lead high-impact central initiatives across the C2C seller journey. You will define problems, size opportunities, and align cross-functional partners to drive measurable improvements in marketplace performance. Working closely with Product leaders, you will help develop roadmap direction and execution sequencing across one or more experience domains. Reporting to the Director, Global C2C Seller Experience, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is accountable for delivering measurable impact across complex, cross-team initiatives.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Own strategy for a major experience domain or initiative area within the C2C seller journey.
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities, supported by clear arguments and quantified opportunity sizing.
  • Drive multiple concurrent initiatives from discovery through launch, influencing roadmap direction across product teams.
  • Translate ambiguous challenges into structured, measurable business requirements that enable effective product execution.
  • Partner with Product and Market teams to sequence investments ahead of roadmap cycles and align on trade-offs.
  • Use experimentation and analytics to refine strategy, optimize outcomes, and improve defined marketplace metrics.
  • Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and execution trade-offs to maintain clarity and momentum.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, marketplace product, or program leadership roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to prioritise investments and measure impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmap decisions without direct authority.
  • Structured problem-solving skills with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and driving alignment across collaborators.
