Shift Time Frames

  • M-F, 6am-2:30pm
  • M-Th, 12pm-10:30pm (Warehouse Only)
  • M-Th, 2:30pm-1am

General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates.
  • Operate across multiple work centers to support merchandise creation and fulfillment.
  • Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, inventory systems, or automated equipment.
  • Advanced roles include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital machines (printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, cutting systems), sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously.
  • Follow all safety and quality guidelines.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in various work centers.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or automated equipment.
  • Ability to learn and operate digital machinery and inventory systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain quality and meet production goals.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to participate in a team lift of 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and/or walk for entire shift
  • Able to kneel, bend or turn
  • Able to grip/grasp continuously
