Shift Time Frames
- M-F, 6am-2:30pm
- M-Th, 12pm-10:30pm (Warehouse Only)
- M-Th, 2:30pm-1am
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble, finish, label, package, receive, pick, and prepare products according to detailed order instructions.
- Maintain consistent quality standards and production rates.
- Operate across multiple work centers to support merchandise creation and fulfillment.
- Use basic hand tools, sewing equipment, handheld technology, inventory systems, or automated equipment.
- Advanced roles include setting up, operating, and troubleshooting digital machines (printers, lasers, routers, embroidery machines, cutting systems), sometimes running multiple machines simultaneously.
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
Education, Experience, and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Willingness to cross-train and work in various work centers.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools or automated equipment.
- Ability to learn and operate digital machinery and inventory systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and meet production goals.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Ability to participate in a team lift of 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and/or walk for entire shift
