Receiving Submission Processing Specialist - CGC Video Games

CGC Video Games is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Submission Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming submissions, processing paperwork, and ensuring accurate data entry into our submission system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and log incoming video game submissions from customers
  • Verify submission documentation and accuracy of information provided
  • Process submissions into the CGC Video Games system
  • Organize and file submission materials according to company procedures
  • Communicate with customers regarding submission status and requirements
  • Maintain organized records and submissions queue
  • Assist with quality control and accuracy checks

Required Qualifications
