You'll support Chrono24's Growth EMEA team as a working student, primarily building landing pages for independent brands and maintaining project trackers, presentations, and process documentation. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills, with mandatory on-site presence in Karlsruhe and potential to contribute directly to scaling an international luxury watch marketplace.

As a Working Student in Growth, you support our Growth EMEA team across a range of projects that help our marketplace grow, with a main focus on our independent brands initiative. A key part of your role is helping to create dedicated landing pages for our partners and brands, alongside supporting various cross-functional initiatives, building simple overviews to keep projects on track, and preparing presentations and research that move things forward. You will get a genuine behind-the-scenes look at how an international online marketplace operates, and your structured, hands-on approach will make a real difference to the team. This position requires regular on-site presence in our Karlsruhe office
What you can expect
- Your work will mostly revolve around our independent brands initiative, while you also lend a hand on other projects across the team.
- You help create dedicated landing pages for our partners and brands, from gathering the content to building and refining the pages.
- You support our Growth EMEA teams on a variety of projects and initiatives, wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
- You build and maintain simple trackers, reports and overviews to keep projects organized and give the team clear visibility.
- You help document and structure processes so the team can work more efficiently.
- You prepare clear, well-structured presentations and carry out light research to support project decisions.
- You experience first-hand what it takes to grow a global online marketplace, and contribute your own ideas along the way.
What sets you apart
- You are enrolled in a university program (e.g. business, communications, media, or a related field) and want hands-on experience at an international marketplace.
- You are comfortable with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and have a basic familiarity with AI tools, or the curiosity to pick them up quickly.
- You work in a structured, proactive and self-motivated way, and enjoy taking on varied tasks.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills.
- You have an excellent command of English; German is a plus but not a must.
- Interest in luxury watches is a plus too, but if you are not an expert yet, no worries, we will teach you everything you need to know.
- Most importantly, you are curious and eager to learn.
- You don't need to tick every box above, if you bring a hands-on attitude and motivation, we're happy to teach you the rest.
