You'll conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests while supporting Chrono24's UX Research team in shaping product development for an international luxury watch marketplace. The role offers 12-20 hours weekly with hands-on experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, requiring background in psychology, media informatics, or data-focused disciplines plus fluency in German and English.

Description
As a student assistant in User Experience Research, you support our UX Research Team in collaboration with our agile product teams. You gain insights into how our users are involved in product development and help shape and improve it in a user-centric way.
What You Can Look Forward To
- You advise colleagues from product management together with the UX Team and help gather relevant data and conduct UX Research studies.
- You conduct interviews and surveys with our user groups and evaluate them with the team.
- You support the team in day-to-day research activities and learn about our processes and methods.
What Sets You Apart
- Your studies focus on psychology, media informatics, natural sciences, engineering, or another field of study with a focus on data analysis and/or user-centered product development.
- Terms like Think-Aloud, T-Tests, and user testing are familiar to you.
- You have first experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as usability tests or surveys, and are able to analyze and present data.
- Excel skills and experience with tools for statistical data analysis are advantageous.
- You want to gain insights into UX Research at an international marketplace with different user groups.
- You have good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
